Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law and avoid fraud, harassment, scraping abuse, unauthorized commercial use, intellectual-property violations and interference with platform security. The platform may review, reject, suspend or remove content and access when reasonably necessary.

Precise location should not be publicly disclosed by default. Payment credentials are handled by authorized payment processors. Event-information accuracy
Dates, times, venues, prices, schedules, performers, policies and availability can change. Automatically discovered information enters a review workflow, but users must confirm time-sensitive details with the official organizer before traveling, applying or purchasing.
Tickets, cancellations and refunds
The applicable organizer or seller controls inventory, admission, transfer, cancellation, weather, refund and credit terms. Demonstration listings cannot accept real payments. Stripe and PayPal processing should be enabled only for authorized live content.
Marketplace and independent providers
Performers, artisans, vendors, sellers and organizers are independent parties unless explicitly stated otherwise. The directory does not guarantee identity, licensing, safety, product quality, performance, availability or outcomes. Users must conduct their own diligence and use written agreements.
Review policy
Reviews should reflect firsthand experiences from verified ticket holders or confirmed attendees where supported. Incentivized positive reviews, fabricated reviews, conflicts of interest, harassment and disclosure of private information are prohibited. Organizers may respond and appeal moderation decisions.
Safety, costumes, weapons and assumption of risk
Festival attendance can involve crowds, animals, uneven terrain, heat, weather, performances, food, alcohol and props. Follow organizer rules, posted notices and staff instructions. The directory does not certify any costume weapon, prop, attraction, food or activity as safe or lawful.

We aim to support WCAG 2.2 AA practices and publish useful details about terrain, routes, seating, captioning, ASL, sensory considerations and service animals when available. Contact us to report a digital accessibility barrier. Confirm onsite accommodations directly with the organizer.
